4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirements are met.
• If a new bonus is accepted while another bonus is active, the previous bonus may be cancelled.
• If evidence of fraudulent use of a bonus is found, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the VIP program. There are five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. 395bet may change the VIP program benefits subject to prior terms.

5.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on 395bet:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bet limits are set according to each sport or event.
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• Betting on any sporting event follows the established rules of that event.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and many more sports. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, 395bet will settle bets according to the applicable rules.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

The outcomes of all casino games and slots are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 395bet uses software from certified game providers to ensure fair play.

5.4 Card Games

Specific game rules apply for participating in Callbreak Quick, Ludo Quick, and other card games. The rules for each game are available within the interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 395bet platform:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Bonus abuse — such as using betting strategies with the sole purpose of withdrawing profit from a bonus.
• Hacking an account or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).

7.2 Account Closure by the User
